Salon Policies

We strive to provide the best possible service and experience for all our clients. To ensure smooth operations and accommodate all our clients, we have established the following policies:

Cancellation Notice & Fees
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to the following fees:

·       Blow-dries

All levels: $25 cancellation fee

·       Haircuts

Level 1 – 4: $25 cancellation fee

Level 5: $50 cancellation fee

·       Color Services

Level 1 – 4: $50 cancellation fee

Level 5: $100 cancellation fee

Clients who miss their appointments without notice will be subject to the fees listed above as well as the following deposits to rebook:

·       Haircuts: $50 deposit required to rebook

·       Color Services: $100 deposit required to rebook

This deposit will be applied to the service total but is non-refundable if appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed.

Repeat Cancellations
Clients who frequently cancel or reschedule appointments may be required to pay a deposit when booking future appointments.

Late Arrivals
If you are running late, please call us to let us know. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service time or the need to reschedule, and a cancellation fee may apply.

Deposits
For all keratin treatments and appointments that are three hours or longer, you may be required to place a $100 deposit at the time of booking. Longer appointments require significant time and resources, and the deposit helps us secure your appointment and manage our schedule efficiently. This deposit will be applied to the service total but is non-refundable is appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed.

Emergency Situations
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
